I'm 5'6" 120 lbs. The vest is a wee bit big for me. It has no crotch strap which is uncomfortable even for a woman. It's comfortable to swim in. the overall quality of the vest is pretty good. For the price, you won't feel ripped off. The dry bag is small. Maybe you can fit a camera in there but that's it.
